About Silversea Cruises
When founding Silversea in 1990 the Roman family Lefebvre had the plan to offer cruises with more style and with a higher standard than others. This aim has been achieved and today Silversea offers one of the most luxurious products in the world of cruise ships. All of the ships are relatively small so that interesting routings and special ports of call all over the globe are on offer.
The Silver Galapagos’ design and her very small size make her capable of exploring the remote and unique Galapagos islands while at the same time offering the luxury of a yacht. A maximum of 100 guests travel with a crew of 75. The 88m long vessel was built in 1990 and became part of Silversea’s fleet in 2013.

Even the smallest cabins with portholes provide really spacious 19.5m² of space and are equipped with all amenities you would expect from a very good hotel, like flatscreen TV, bathroom with marble, sofa, radio-alarm clock with iPod docking-station. The Silver Galapagos has 5 different stateroom types on offer. Most of them with private balconies.
